I found it a bit hard to follow at first but after an hour or so of practicing it sounded pretty cool. The main pattern for most of it is 1 - 2 - 3 with hands and the 4 is with the base drum. I've learned something similar before using the Triplet (1,2 with hands and 3 with the base drum).
The guy in the video below gives a number of different options to make this work. I will let you watch the video if you are interested:
I became hooked on "Taking a Dump" for about 2 hours this morning before work :) In all seriousness it's a pretty neat little Fill. Feel free to comment or add to the video! Thanks everyone.
Haha... that's an old rock standard. I've never heard it called this before. It's essential a four stroke ruff, where you replace the accent with a kick drum. There are of course infinite ways of modifying this even more. But the way he is playing it in the video should be part of any rock drummer's arsenal, it's almost cliché but there's a reason for that. It's because it's proven effective in many situations.
First guy that I remembered really hearing this a lot out of was Eric Singer. He's a quintessential hard rock drummer. So if it's good enough for him... then it's good enough for anyone.
Good stuff!

Some people would call that a shitty lick, but it is actually quite cool.
