Hey James i took some of the advice you gave and this time i incressed my water in take,and the cramping was reduced to almost nothing.I also checked out some of the stretching from you tube and ill be giving them a try in the coming days.

- Well you must of guessed that iam a drummer. Iam from Niagara Falls ,ON, Canada. I've also been into recording for a bit now,Got a little studio in the basement,got my band in there now working on our first cd.Its going well.But unfortunately i still have to work for a living.

My apologies for disappearing there for a while. Dropped off the map with some pretty serious back trouble back in January and am just getting mobile and playing again. My attitude was sucking there for a while so I figured I better lay low until I was back on track. Hope you found some answers to the bass question you had for me. I will do better at answering questions in the future.
